  • The product is within its valid shelf life and has not been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Non-returnable items include:
  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or misuse.
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

• All refund or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
• Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for all requests.
