Nurotone – REDLANDS

Redlands Nurotone is a highly concentrated formulation designed to rapidly control the nervous horse without the side effects normally associated with tranquilizers and sedatives. It is a combination of two “B” group vitamins: Thiamine (B1) and Riboflavin (B2), formulated by Australia’s leading equine specialists.

Feeding Nurotone for the Nervous Horse

• For a particularly fractious horse, Redlands Nurotone should be fed continuously.
• If a horse becomes excited at the track, increase the dose for 2-3 days before racing.
• If no response occurs with the normal dose, the dosage can be increased safely.
• The calming effects of Nurotone usually appear after 24-48 hours but can take up to three weeks in extreme cases.

Does Nurotone Swab?

Redlands Nurotone is not a prohibited substance and does not contravene racing rules. It can be used continuously throughout training.
